Having only 12 units, there is a tight community here full of good people. Also, there is a nice, large lawn and even a patio with barbecue equipment. Dog friendly, but breed restrictions do apply here. No cats at this location. If you enjoy living in a quiet community that is just outside of town, these apartments may be the perfect choice for you. This complex does require a slightly higher credit score for move in.
